Order Acceptance
Orders are not considered confirmed until a confirmation email has been issued. While we aim to respond within 72 hours, delays may occur during periods of high order volume. Customers are encouraged to place orders as early as possible.
Last-minute orders may be accepted at our discretion and may incur an additional late fee.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds will not be issued for products that have already been received unless a significant fault is identified.
Once products have been collected or delivered, eggs+baking accepts no responsibility for damage or loss, including but not limited to items that are dropped, mishandled, or affected by temperature after handover.
Orders may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours may be eligible for a partial refund. Orders cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup time. This policy applies to all custom cakes, catering orders, and favours.
Force Majeure
eggs+baking shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).
If such an event prevents fulfilment for more than 24 hours, the order may be cancelled. Where possible, notice of cancellation will be provided.
Privacy Policy
eggs+baking is committed to protecting your personal information. While we take reasonable measures to secure online data, we cannot guarantee absolute security of internet transmissions.
Personal information, including email addresses, is collected solely for order processing and communication purposes. We do not sell, trade, or disclose personal information to third parties unless required by law.
